Terms of Service
1. Plans and Renewals
Direct licenses are offered as $7 quarterly, $17 annual, or $27 lifetime plans. Quarterly and annual plans renew for their stated period until canceled; the lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for this product lifetime.
2. Devices
One direct license may be active on up to two Macs you own or control. Deactivate a Mac through the app or license portal before moving a seat when possible.
3. Free Allowance and Restrictions
The direct app includes 50 verified advances before a paid plan is required. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or bypass licensing or usage limits.
4. Availability and Disclaimer
The software is provided as is without warranty. Third-party websites and licensing or payment services may be unavailable, and bounded offline grace does not guarantee permanent offline access.
5. Store Editions and Trademarks
App Store purchases use Apple's StoreKit terms and are separate from direct licenses. All third-party product names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners; Vibe Scroll is independent of the supported social-media services.
