The direct app includes 50 verified advances without a payment card. Use them to confirm that Vibe Scroll works for you before purchasing.
2. 14-Day Request Window
You may request a refund for a direct purchase within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility and processing follow the payment provider's applicable terms.
3. How to Request
Email support@vibescroll.net with the purchase email and order number. Never send your full license key in an untrusted form or public message.
4. Access After Refund
Processing time depends on the payment provider. When a refund is completed, paid access may be revoked and the license may return to the free allowance policy.
